Meeting Expectations - Every Time

TTE Casting Technologies, Inc., has provided products for industries including heavy equipment, automotive OEMs, and a broad range of other businesses.  We have had the privilege of working with organizations such as Bendix, Visteon, Otics, Baldwin Piano, Fleetguard/Cummings, and Borg Warner.Ford Mustang Throttle Body Intake, TTE Casting Technologies most recent product launch

There's a reason for this: WE MEET OUR CUSTOMERS' EXPECTATIONS.  This is the basis for our mission statement, and, no matter if our customer's project is simple or complex, we apply the same dedication and expertise to make sure it gets done right.

The company has achieved this through our aggressive piece price reduction plan, ISO-9000 and QS-9002 certification, casting machine upgrades and process shot monitoring.

People Who Know Our Business - And Yours
Just as we continually invest in technology, we also invest in people.  We have recruited a professional staff at all levels of product flow, including casting, automated machining cells, special coatings and assembly.  Our people have been specially trained in our business, and we feel they're among the best in the world at their jobs.

But just as important is the fact that they take the time to understand your business - your quality requirements, your production schedules, your engineering demands.  Tooling centers work closely with us for improved cost structure and complex fabrication.  Our people care about your success.  And it shows.  For quality machining, we use Tennessee Tool & Engineering.

An Ongoing Investment In Technology
TTE Casting Technologies makes continual investments in equipment and technology to provide our customers with top quality components.  We have casting machines ranging from 200 ton to 800 ton locking force, and have implemented techniques such as rapid die change on multiple cell machines for greater production speed.

TTE is involved with research programs at the Oak Ridge National Laboratories.  These programs range from die steel coatings, real-time cavity thermal imaging and stress relieving using infrared technologies.  Our company philosophy is built around technology and advancing progress in extending die life, reducing die cost, and improving casting quality.

TTE also offers a full range of secondary production options including trimming, vibratory finishing, E-Coat paint, Imprex, anodizing and heat treat.  We can work in a broad range of alloys (including popular ones like 413, 380, and 390) using an independent breakdown furnace.

We also offer limited assembly like plug insertion, bolt insertion, torque fastening, air decay testing and piece packaging.
